Backtest issue #18

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I ran backtest once and it works
2. I cleared all symbols in list and import another csv file with only 1 symbol
3. After downloaded data, I disconnected and ran backtest again and this time
it didn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot run backtest repetitively. The Portfolio was not refreshing after the I
did backtest second time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version. Downloaded couple of weeks ago

Please provide any additional information below.
N/A

Did u refresh the portfolio report after the second run? i.e hit the search
again as the results from the first test will still be cached.

After I click the search button. It cleared the report of the first run in
Portfolio, When I ran test again, it says "No data found for selected
criteria", however I just downloaded data before run.

Are you sure the second run created any trades? If you select Show not traded
you should at least see the contracts if u check Contract Details you should
see if any trades were created.

Yes, you are right. The symbol is listed when Show not traded is checked. Thank
you for help.
