wrong open and close date times after gappers.csv import. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the gappers.csv file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the trading day tab, the open and close dates are set to 12/31/0002 instead 
of 02/23/2012. The date is correct in the gappers.csv file (exemple : 
SYM,EBAY,SMART,SLD,02-23-2012)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.1.

The error comes from the date format  - instead of / during the creation of 
csv. Is it due to a windows settings, excel settings or your version settings?
