rt DarkLight causes tempTimer(?) issue #3

Using "rt DarkLight" at recall results in the error below, then sends "3" to the MUD approx every second. A script to kill tempTimers ends the issue.

If you do rt DarkLight from recall "The Grand City of Aylor (G)" then it works.

Vidblain speedwalks work when performed from recall using runto.

It was at the top of my list of things to fix before I stopped developing this.

Pull requests are welcome, sorry for not responding sooner. I have not developed this project in a very long time.
