Maximum number of cells output by scTE #101

Hi scTE team,

Thanks for your great tool. I have been running scTE on my dataset, and I noticed that the output always results in a matrix with a maximum of 10,000 cells, even though my dataset contains more cells. Specifically, I am getting a 10,000 x NGenes matrix.

Could you please confirm if there is a maximum cell limit imposed by scTE? If so, is there a way to modify this limit? Thank you for your help!

I supposed it should be parameter "--expect-cells" ? I will give it a shot. If it works, I will then close the issue!
