New release version required #39

Hello,

Could you generate package release as per the version number on github, so we can download as per specific versions. I can see the latest version available is v1.0. But there is a difference in the package the one we tried "git clone" and the tar file.

Dear @jphe I'm working to get the latest scTE available on Bioconda.

Could you help with the latest versioned release of scTE package? By this way this Bioconda Bot can easily recognize future releases and automatically update the recipe
