Suggestion - more inclusive tags for barcodes

Suggestion:

Instead of accepting only CR:Z, CB:Z as barcode and UR:Z, UB:Z as UMI tags, it would be much more convenient if other, user specified tags could be used. Having to edit the BAM files to suit these specific requirements is not very straightforward.

Please consider allowing Samtools standard tags: github.com/samtools/hts-specs
