scTE exon/UTR TE counts inclusion #77

Hi,

I am wondering where I should set up the -m inclusive to include the TE counts from exons and UTRs? I tried to add it in the scTE function where it returns an error as unrecognized arguments.

The -m option is only available for scTE_build rather than scTE
