Missing db_admin file in standalone download #17

When installing the standalone package, not the VM, the db_admin file is 
missing.  Other files may be missing as well, but that is as far as I got in 
the installation

In the readme file, the "db_admin" file is explained in section 6. You will 
want to create this file so it contains the MySQL authentication credentials 
delimited by a colon.  For example: OpenDLP:password
