Modify this feature in emergency alert screen #28

Emergency alerts only can send staff and reflect on users same time send sms on all users

There's 2 users login, public and government (stsff) when staff login they have option to add emergency alerts, you can check out. When they add from their side like weather alert or some other disaster alers, it should be reflected on user side emergency alert section which has only view permission.. Ive already made it but it's dummy and ai used http package for it, but it won't work as I've already used http for adding complaints in user.. could u improve it by making any solution?

Okay so you want the emergency alerts to be reflected in the user side after staff issues an emergency alert? I can work on it, can I use cubit for state management if its not a problem?

can anybody login as staff right now? I am not able to access staff login as of now, also do I have to setup my own firebase for testing.
