Implement in-app notifications for users to receive updates on their complaints. Ensure notifications are triggered for status changes, comments, and resolution updates.

about the notifications, for the SMS notifications you can use Setmore tho it needs payment

Hi Team, I am new to Opensource and want to work on this issue. I tried setting up the project on local environment, it had many dependency issue which i fixed but now when i am running this flutter app on chrome its showing a blank screen. I need some guidance. Kindly help me out
