Having the same issue. Keeps on waiting for a connection.

What happens when you try to visit any website from your browser whilst Intra shows "Waiting"? Does Intra change to "Protected" then? I've seen this happen once or twice.

Daveandiputra commented 4 years ago

Thanks for the input, but no change, it stays on waiting.

The only other thing I can think of is connections to the DoH server you're using is blocked by your ISP.

Can you try any of the non-mainstream DoH servers to see if they work? I run one at https://zero.bravedns.com/dns-query (but don't rely on it forever, it might go away). https://doh.pi-dns.com/dns-query is another one.

I tried the two you mentioned and one other on the above, it's the same. If it is indeed the ISP then maybe it's a regulation thing, as all ISP I tried is the same.

Hi there i have kind of similar issue.

When connected via wifi, no problem Intra works normally.

But when using mobile data, i need to toggle data on/off multiple/randomly times before intra really is working. I had all situations when toggling on/off:

I tried with google server and custom server (using a doh/pi-hole/dnscrypt at my home)

Also, i was having a xiaomi before with Android 10 and the same problem occurs sometimes but it was very rare. I have this problem on a Blackview BV9900 pro with android 10.

Seems to be sotware related... Is there a way to generate a log or something that can help ?

Regards
