Web page loading speed and video playback is slow #1656

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When I use the outline client to open web pages and watch YouTube videos it is slow and the web content takes a long time to load, when I use openvpn and v2ray it is fast. To Reproduce How can the broken behavior be reproduced? Open a web page or watch a YouTube video after connecting to outline. Expected behavior What behavior did you expect? Use shadowsocks latest ss-2022 encryption protocol to improve page loading speed, improve DNS lookup speed, use server DNS lookup instead of local, improve page loading speed and video playback speed. any updates? problem still here. i have macbooks, linux laptop and 2 win10/11 pc, low speed problem only on wins machines, doesn't matter wifi or ethernet. that workaround https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-apps/issues/1235#issuecomment-1667594931 doesn't work
