Let Managers specify the language when sharing keys #1902

I recently wanted to share keys for some Francophone users. I went looking for a language setting so I could change the application language in Outline Manager, but did not see it. I assumed this meant the application was unilingual, but then a colleague whose laptop OS language is French told me her key sharing text was already French.

Since Outline Manager operators may be generating keys for users speaking different languages, it would be great to get a language switcher in-app. This is most useful for changing the language of the sharing text, so it might just be in that window.

Hi @blazman, the Outline apps are localized based on the OS default language. This is a feature that we definitely want to implement. We are in the process of improving the Outline Manager front-end, which will allow us to have different localization contexts (main app, sharing text).
