[Bug]: Outline and Pritunl at the same time #1961

Describe the bug

When both Outline and Pritunl are installed, outline's tap-adapter gets deleted and doesn't work. Have 2 other win 10 computers that works fine simultaneously

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Outline, get outline-tap0, vpn works fine
  2. Install Pritunl
  3. import ovpn profile
  4. start vpn in pritunl
  5. outline-tap0 gets deleted and stop working

What did you expect to happen?

This is because both VPNs are built on top of OpenVPN. We have an issue already to remediate this here: https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-apps/issues/1111

Closing in favor of that issue.
