Suggestion: add option to choose local or remote dns #249

Add the option to resolve domain names on the server instead of through opendns. This is helpful for internal domains.

Could we extend this request to allowing the use of custom name servers as well such as 1.1.1.1 instead of the default configured OpenDNS and Dyn?

@trevj Is it necessary to change something in Outline-Server to implement this feature?

@lgg I don't think it's necessary to change anything on the server for this feature - though SOCKS servers generally can perform DNS on behalf of their clients, Outline has to date performed DNS on the client (via SOCKS5 UDP).
