What would you like the app to enable you to do? I want to be able to use Outline as a SOCKS proxy. With that, I won't need to redirect all the traffic but application based redirection (or rule-based redirection on the browsers with the help of FoxyProxy-like add-ons)

Describe alternatives you've considered I'm hosting a custom ShadowSocks server and service at my local PC. Would be great if I could use the Outline for this.
