Outline Client and Manager, developed by Jigsaw. Outline Manager makes it easy to create your own VPN server. Outline Client lets you share access to your VPN with anyone in your network, giving them access to the free and open internet.
I setuped VPN on Digital Ocean Droplet using Outline Manager and it worked on my phone.
And I can SSH into it. However when I try installing Outline Client on my Windows 10 Desktop, it says the issue above. I tried with both 1.4.0 version and with 1.2.34 and both of them didn't work.
