Add platform builds to the continuous integration #105

Previously, the CI only ran the platform-independent golang tests. This change also adds CI coverage for the platform-specific build targets.

To make this work, some additional changes were required:

Removing the maccatalyst target, which is not supported on the specified iOS version. See #104.
Upgrading the Gomobile version, to make use of improved NDK detection logic (https://github.com/golang/go/issues/52470)
