Add option to ping server when the 'stay logged in' button is clicked #32

If sessionKeepAliveTimer is not set to 'false', then the server will be pinged within a few moments (milliseconds) after the 'Stay Logged In' button is clicked.

If you wish to set the sessionKeepAliveTimer to false and ping the server ONLY when the 'Stay Logged In' button is clicked, please see this closed issue: https://github.com/JillElaine/jquery-idleTimeout/issues/7
