Better invalid index message for delete #9

Non developers may not know the term unsigned integer and non zero. May be more user friendly to show the appriopiate index instead. image.png

Reason for disagreement: By what the team mentioned, the message is <214783648 is an appropiate integer value to be entered. However, the list may not have more than 2000 items which also may be invalid. The team does not agree or disagree that unsigned integer and non zero is not user friendly.
