Improve on \partcombine #59

The lilypond \partcombine function works - but its results are not as pleasing as they could be. In the abandoned one-function-to-rule-them-all attempt - the part combine scheme function worked better. I believe that I can build a lilypond accessible function that can capture the results we were obtaining into something usable in the new template.

Created a function "partCombine" that allowed more control over the capability and applied that to all current hymns. Waiting for the review of all the new songs and this being just on attribute to review.
