Hi Jim I just want to know if this is being actively worked on or is a path you are not pursuing: wormFeatures2Figures__new.m

I suppose the idea here was to try to recreate those specific histograms and other figures that were generated from the original Matlab code?

For example, from ftp://ftp.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/pub/tjucikas/wormdatabase/stats_data-15-11-2012/PDFs/mec-12_u76_AQ1037.pdf :

Are we instead calculating a different output from our statistics, or are you just thinking we would work on the plotting code in movement_validation without a direct analogue in SegWormMatlabClasses?

Yeah. The plotting code is pretty straightforward compared to the other code I was wading through. If this is reproduced it might as well be in the other repo.
