You can add a superadmin or security consultant to a customer company via the 'Add security consultant' button.
That enables the added user to access the customer NI network and modify the security settings.
The documentation only talks about the security consultant option when you create a user under a Integrator company.

How to add security consultant:
Go to the customer where you want to add the security consultant to.
Make sure the customer has an integrator, and then use the security consultants of that integrator company for the email portion. You can also use an email of the superadmins from the jimber company.
Turn on network isolation so the security consultant can login via the client.
Go to the client and signin using the email you just used. If the user is already part of another company you will have to select the company you want to signin to.
