Unmarking a movie in filtered view to instantly remove entry rather than clicking onto another in list #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mark more than one movie
2. Place tick in Marked Movies in Filter Section
3. List correctly changes to show only marked.
4. Unmarking one/many movies changes marked colour status, which it right,
but....

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see unmarked entries instantly disappear from the list but
instead you have to click onto another entry before the unmarked goes from
the list. Looks especially odd when there's only one marked movie left in
the list and you go to unmark it as instead of the entry being deleted as
the filtered view implies, it stays in the list in an unmarked state.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r561 / Win 7 x64 (svn built as x32)

Please provide any additional information below.
Incidentally, when I was messing with marking / unmarking movies and
specifically when I'd marked 3/4 movies, had ticked the Marked Movies
Filter check and the window changed to show just the marked, on one
occasion only I right clicked one marked entry (not the first or last in
the list at the time) and upon unmarking I got an uncaught exception. I
was in the process of trying to establish if it was only on a certain set
of circumstances and I made it happen just once more and then couldn't
reproduce it again. Might be something to keep an eye on.

Jason,
Could you plase tweak emm further in the above case to:
 - When unmark a movie, then recount the filtered movie counter in the tab
 - When there is no more marked movie in the list any more(When the last one gets
unmarked), clear the marked movie checkbox to get back to the all movie list
