Its spamming all the time.. at the time this happend i was in the twilightforest

Maybe there is some incompatibility with that mod/dimension. I think it's just that there is no global region file for that dimension, if this is the case you should be able to fix the issue using the /region globalfor command giving the dimension id as a parameter. Let me know if this will solve the issue
