There's no such event, but will be taken in consideration in version 3. Maybe adding this as default so that if a Region has the destroy flag to false, than nothing can destroy those blocks, even tornados or commands?
my thoughts exactly, that would circumvent having to make flags for different modded environmental effects and instead make blocks static/unchanging in set region
Wondering if there is a flag to stop events (such as a tornado) from breaking blocks at all. Setting gravity in a particular region as well?
