Create a barebones landing page for Cokoon using React.js. We want to be able to run our app and have some landing page that we can visually see. Barebones, no need for much UI design at the moment.

Landing Page still needs to be implemented in a way where the system would see the user is active and await a few seconds then loads the login page.
