I don't usually bother with PRs to my own repos, but I'd like a durable way to link these changes back to FanFicFare PR977.
These changes:
Fix the issue @Chirishman identified with an input FFF book having a cover preventing the single chapter special code from activating.
Introduce a new --keep-single-tocs CLI option and a logically reversed option in the plugin, a checkbox: 'Skip when there is only one TOC entry' under the existing 'Copy Table of Contents entries from each title' checkbox, both checked by default.
Making FanFicFare use that setting will require changes in FFF that will depend on these changes..
