The questions are there for you to helpfully answer them, so we can try to
reproduce and analyze the problem on our end. If you just skip them entirely
with the comment "Story not downloading..." we can not reliably tell what went
wrong on your end.
I tested downloading the story on my end, and although it took quite a while
(range of several minutes) it did work in the end. I am assuming you got
impatient and simply aborted the process. As of today the story has 296
chapters, so it's only to be expected that downloading it will take quite a
while.
If you in fact encountered a different "error" than the one outlined above let
us know in more detail and I'll reopen the issue.

Our FanFictionDownLoader doesn't have an RTF output. Are you sure you're
reporting to the correct place? There's another project with the same name...
I'm not somewhere that I can download a 297 chapter story this weekend. But I
believe cryzed when they says it works for them and agree with them--we need
better details to do anything with your issue.

>.< I'm sorry... I didn't know how to fill out the rest of the he questions...
And no... I did not cancel it... I waited until it finished... I tried
downloading it as a document ePub and text... Then only thing that downloaded
after 5 minutes was the story details and chapter numbers... I entered the
link, hit check then hit download... It starts, yes it took a while but I
didn't end it... After about 10 minutes that was all that downloaded... I
haven't had a problem with the program before... Until I updated it the other
day... :(

How are you using it: in Calibre? From the command-line? From the web version?
Are you sure, as Jimm mentioned, that you are really using _this_ software?
What version of it are you using etc. -- Please give us something to work with.
Attached is the EPUB file I downloaded with it over the command-line and it
arrived entirely. Mind you, this is the exact same version used in Calibre.

I suspect that you are not actually using our software, but some other
software. Can you link the website where you supposedly downloaded it from? At
least in this case you can't just download it and use it as a layman without
using the Calibre plugin.

I agree with cryzed. Our FFDL is available as a plugin to the calibre ebook
management system, a web service, or a command-line python program.
http://www.fanfictiondownloader.net/ is a different project unrelated to us.
They have a windows GUI program and many output formats while supporting only a
handful of sites. Our program is most commonly used with calibre, supports
over 100 fanfiction sites but only supports 4 output formats.
Which is why I asked about it when you said you were using RTF output...

>.< so it's not even your program I'm using.... I'm sorry... -_-'
So... Where will I find your program... Can it be used on computers?

Yes, it can be used on computers. You'll have to download and install Calibre
(http://calibre-ebook.com/) and then you can choose to install our plugin
directly from within the program via Preferences->Get plug-ins to enhance
Calibre. The rest should be fairly obvious.
There is an active support thread here:
http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=163261 which is better suited
for asking further questions. Good luck.
