[Feature Request] Add support for code generated by TOTP / password manager integration #889

I would like to see the ability to log in when sites have their content locked by UN/PW and the has a TOTP code. To act as either an authenticator itself (taking the OTP url) or to use a password manager such as 1Password, LastPass, etc.
