I suggest a new multiblock called the Boss Fight Simulator, and when provided with some ContentTweaker items that represent the bosses (much like a data model, except consumed) and various other inputs, and it simulates a boss fight, and the drops are then placed in the output.
The inputs are things like swords, bows, maybe life essence, other fluids, mana, Forge Energy, even new ContentTweaker items, it can be anything.

for uu matter we can have a whole production chain i dont want item duping easy

and the way I'm thinking of it, different fluids have a different yield(both chance and actual result) for example, water may have a 1% chance to make 1mb but neutron fluid may have a 75% chance to make 15mb

getting certain exotic fuels, centrifuging them, melting them, turning one into gas, then reacting one gas with something which would result in a catalyst with durability and then feeding the gas into the machine for UU and inserting the catalyst which will get damaged per synthesis.
