Crashing with Thunderstore Mod Manager on 1.1.0f1 #13

Without this mod, the land value issue is still very much there. Both on new city and existing city.

However now getting an error when launching via Thunderstore Mod Manager on the new update (1.1.0f1). If I disable the LandOverhaul mod, then it launches and other mods work.
