Confusing image used in the User Guide #10

The following image was used in the UG, under the section of Using the Medical Record feature:

This image seems to suggest that your application links the patient appointment details with the mr website and auto updates it. However, the mr website is simply a link to more information on the patient's medical records.

It would be good if a better image was used to represent the sample medical record (Maybe with already filled in data to show)

The image is just a example of how a medical record looks like. It is a misunderstanding on the part of the tester. It does not imply the feature suggested from the picture.
