Confusion on Medical Record feature `mr/`

The section on using the Medical Record feature was introduced in the middle of the features section.

While I was reading it, I assumed that mr/ was another command that I can use as a user. (It has the same structure of description, format and example. Hence I got confused thinking it was another command)

However, it is an introduction to the medical record field stored in your app.

Firstly, it would be better if this was introduced near the beginning when the user can add the patient rather than towards the end.

Secondly, this should not be named as a feature as it is an add on to the add and edit command

Technically, this can be considered a feature that allows the user to access the medical records, and we feel that it will be better if we have a section to elaborate on how this field can be used.
