For set target command, not set su command stated in the issue, the information provided gives the user a rough idea of what the user should get in order to achieve the target cap. Which in this case,a CAP of 4.79 for your next 24MCs means that you have to get more than half of the 24MCs to a grade of A and the rest to be at least an A-.
Set SU will tell you exactly what you want to know about your modules to SU, to achieve your max possible CAP.
Thus we will be rejecting this issue as set su and set target are 2 completely different functions.
