As for UG, the command summary comes before all the features. It may put after the features, since it is a summary of them.

Team's Response

Since there is no fixed format for User Guide, our team decided to put the command summary above all the features as this allows users to have a quick overview of all available functions WITHOUT scrolling through the long document. This allows users to quickly utilise PlanNUS to its fullest potential without reading the whole document.

For this reason, as it is intended, we will be rejecting this bug.
