Sira 2.0 user configuration file takes the name of ".sirerc", which is in the format of JSON. It supports the configurable functionalities only and reads each configuration item in its subobject. Sira 2.0 user local configuration takes precedence over its global one, which resides in the user profile folder. Sira 2.0 configuration supports fallback mechanism, that is, it loads valid low-precedence configuration if the current level is invalid. If none exists, it loads the default universal configuration in the application code.
