As a user, I want to query Jira information in Sira 2.0 in order to proceed to next possible action.

Sira 2.0 query is a standalone executable in the name of "sira-query.exe" which supports querying

and reads the user-defined format in the configuration file when returning the result. The query supports both exact-matching and fuzzy-matching, by which the query engine should provide a list of similar (both literally and functionally) commands/parameters before it ends.

Q: In term of query, what kind of query formats/rules the user will use, do we have to implement complex filters, and may the user configurate their common filters? A: TBD
