As a user, I want an easy way to initiate the workspace, with sira.exe and the switch "--init".
Sira 2.0 interacts with the user by asking some user-friendly questions and creates a new configuration file ".sirarc" at the current working directory based on the answers. However, if there's already a configuration file in the directory, the user should be prompted and continue if the user opts in overriding it.
