On startup, a bunch of PWAs app from chromium open randomly, sometimes hard to close them, they reopened if a chromium instance is opened (main window, not PWA) so xkill seems to be the safer method to really close them.
Not sure if the problem comes from JingOS or Chromium, but i never had it on Ubuntu x64 86.
