Is there a way to seperately download panotic dataset? #82

I have downloaded the coco2017 dataset from the Kaggle. I now only need panotic dataset. Is there a link to that specific dataset? I tried to download coco.zip from the link provided in the readme, but somehow that isn't successfully downloading. Is there another alternative to this?
