Hi Natalie,
I think the functionality is there already if I remember correctly. I need to check.
We have national day of Norway today and have holiday this week. Next week I will be very busy but I will come back to this the week after.
Best, Jingyi

Hi Jingyi! The software has been working great so far; thank you for being so responsive.
Is it possible at all the save the registration points or transformation after aligning a histological slice to an atlas? There are sometimes occasions where there is a need to go back to a histological image and readjust a probe track, or track another feature/draw something, for example. Currently, the only way to do that would be to re-register all the slices with those features in them, from scratch. Is there a way to circumvent this?
Thank you!

Hi Jingyi,
Hm, okay - it's not in the cookbook and when I load a project, my transformation points don't get loaded. I also can't save these points as an object for each slice or load them in.
Okay, sounds good, hope you have a good holiday. Thank you!
Natalie
Hi Jingyi - just following up on this. I know you probably are busy, but please let me know when you have the time to look into this as it would be incredibly helpful!
Hi Natalie, sorry for the late reply. I have been a bit sick for some days and still have running nose. But I am trying to catch up with all issues. will go into this next week.
Hi Natalie, I checked the code, the triangulation points are saved together with project. In other words, when you save a project, the triangulation points are saved in the project. When you load the project, first click/check the "trianglulation" button, then the points will show up.
