Regarding the first question, I have partially resolved it. I have found the Ground Truth for the human_lymph_node_A1 slice that you uploaded, but I have not yet found the Ground Truth for the human_lymph_node_D1 slice. Could you please provide some assistance with this?

I have a couple of questions and issues regarding the provided data and links, which stem from the SpatialGlue_notebook:
I would like to know if the ground truth annotations used in all adata_all data are the label_origi or label_new in the obs of the AnnData?
There seems to be an issue with the links provided for the benchmarking results. Both the human lymph node samples and the simulation data refer to the same Google Drive link (https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1HWdVjYvQ9jDQnjcheAMN6qndXiHRPnWs), but the link for the simulation data appears to be incorrect. Could you please provide the correct link for the simulation data?
