How can I generate cluster plot and color by samples and not by clusters?
'cytof_clusterPlot' command has argument - clusterColor which specifies the colour of each cluster, I did not find an option to color by sample.
In the shinyApp, I can load the data and under ‘Cluster Panel’ —> ‘Cluster Plot’ —> select ‘Cluster By: Sample’. However, the labels are very not properly displayed if the sample names are long. Is there a way to display sample names to the right of the plot. More importantly, how can I generate this graph through command line? This is required when generating plots for manuscripts and presentations.
