Hi, I just start using cytofkit and I think it is a great tools for mass cytometry data analysis. Recently, I would like to export data file (.FCS) from cytofkit yet I found no cluster channels in the FCS file, as I was told there should be such a function in cytofkit to add cluster# channels. Could you help me fix it? Thanks a lot!

I see the same issue of fcs files not having the tsne parameters,can you provide us a fix or is there is a manual function to create the correct fcs files?
