Bioconductor vignettes-broken links #61

Hi all,

In the last month, each time I try to access the cytofkit vignettes on Bioconductor (via links from this Github), I get "Page Not Found" errors.

For example: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/cytofkit/inst/doc/cytofkit_workflow.html

This happens with the "Analysis Pipeline", "Quick Start", and "ShinyAPP Tutorial" links.

I also note that the Bioconductor cytofkit site (https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/cytofkit.html ) says "This package is deprecated. It will probably be removed from Bioconductor."

Is this an error?

Some version of the vignettes still exist on the Github page (https://github.com/JinmiaoChenLab/cytofkit/tree/master/vignettes), but are of course harder to read as code.
