Cytofkit failing to add cluster IDs and tsne data to FCS #77

Hi,

I can visualise my clusters on visne generated by cytofkit within shinyapp. When I open cytofkit generated fcs files in flowjo or cytobank there are no cluster IDs or tsne axis. This worked previously. Can you assist?
