SHINY app disappears/stops running - error codes

I have installed cytofkit2 and am using it to run tSNE analyses - I get as far as the new shinyapp pop-up ann analysis begins to run but then aborts with the following error code despite the same files working well with cytofkit and previous shinyapp - what is the cause of these errors and how can I fix this issue?

I tried running the old version (cytofkit) with old commands and that is now no longer working either with following error codes after clusters generated (DONE!)

Any assisatnce with being able to run tSNE again (preferably new version but even a work around for the new one would be much appreciated)

Hi @theeclaire, we ran cytofkit2 shiny app but runs fine for us. Can you pls try to reinstall cytofkit2 or send your run log file so that we can look into it? Thanks

Hi @theeclaire, you can try running the newer version (cytofkit2) instead of old one. Based on your previous post, your result must be saved under - C:\Users\hmx531\AppData\Local\Temp\Rtmpszx34U. Thanks
