I tried to run cytofkit_shiny_dashboard(), when I uploaded my fcs files and selected the markers from the autogenerated marker list and submitted the job, a error message showed up saying: 'Selected marker(s) is/are not in the input fcs files ', what shall I do to resolve this problem? Thanks!
