Using conventional fluorescence flow #8

I'd like to use Phenograph on conventional fluorescence flow data. Does CytofKit2 apply file-internal compensation to the data, and what would be the appropriate data transformation method? Thanks!

Cytofkit2 does not perform internal compensation to the data. Will integrate that function in future.
